With highly integrated hardware and compact cabinet layout, the charger has a clean modern look. Straightforward mounting, field checks and routine servicing suit home parking environments. Apart from this home-only 7kW charger, our product portfolio also includes the dual-use 7kW wallbox for home & commercial use and the 22kW high-power commercial charging wallbox.

• Its IP65 enclosure provides stable dustproof and waterproof capability, fitted with a complete suite of embedded safety protection functions.
• You can start charging via RFID card swiping or plug-and-go operation. It can connect smoothly with OCPP-compliant platforms, and we support custom hardware and software feature development for specific projects.
• In addition to this 7kW home charger, our lineup includes the multi-functional 7kW wallbox for home & commercial use, as well as the 22kW commercial AC wallbox. All model specifications are listed in the table below.

1. Standard warranty coverage is included. You may discuss customized extended warranty options. 24/7 remote technical assistance and software fault diagnosis are accessible. The formal warranty rules are defined in your signed sales agreement.
2. Once a failure appears, send us fault codes, photos and on-site operation logs. We begin troubleshooting remotely. When factory-originated defects are confirmed during the warranty period, replacement spare parts will be prepared, and the buyer will perform local installation work.
3. We cover the freight of replacement parts leaving China. All local import taxes, customs clearance fees and return delivery costs for faulty components fall to the buyer.
4. Free warranty service does not apply to failures resulting from wrong installation, human improper operation, lightning, power surge or mechanical impact. Paid maintenance service can be purchased for such scenarios.
