Certificates
This compact 20kW DC Charger carries the CE certificate from ICG-Poland. If your project needs extra local market access approvals, we supply full technical documentation and end-to-end technical support to help regional dealers complete the whole certification application process.
1. This charger is covered by standard base warranty. Extended service packages are available upon negotiation. 24/7 remote technical support and software fault diagnosis are provided. All binding terms are defined within the sales contract.
2. In case of equipment malfunctions, please submit fault logs, photos and on-site records. Remote troubleshooting will be conducted as the first step. If factory defects are confirmed during the warranty period, spare parts will be provided, and the buyer will complete local component replacement.
3. We cover one-way freight of replacement spare parts shipped from China. Local customs fees, import tax and return delivery charges for faulty components shall be borne by the buyer.
4. The basic warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, operational mistakes, lightning strikes, voltage surges or external physical breakage. Paid maintenance services are available for these cases.
