Warranty

1. Warranty & Technical-Support Overview

• Standard factory warranty comes with this charger. Extended warranty options can be negotiated separately.

• We deliver round-the-clock remote technical assistance and software failure diagnosis service.

• All final warranty provisions are governed by the signed sales contract.

2. Fault-Handling Procedure

• Once breakdowns occur, kindly provide fault codes, pictures, video clips and site logs. Our technical team will start remote troubleshooting for software, communication, earthing and grid matching problems.

• If remote fixing cannot resolve the issue and the fault is verified as factory defect within the warranty period, replacement spare parts will be scheduled after component model confirmation.

• Low-cost accessories can be discarded locally with complete documentation. Expensive core modules need to be shipped back to China by consolidated sea freight.

• The buyer is responsible for installing replacement spare parts locally. Our engineer’s on-site service will generate additional travel expenses.

3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)

• We pay for one-way freight of replacement spare parts shipped out from China.

• Local import tariffs, customs charges and return delivery fees for faulty parts shall be covered by the buyer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Free warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, human mistakes, lightning strikes, grid voltage surges and external force impact.

A: Fully OCPP 1.6J compatible. It can connect smoothly to most third‑party overseas charging platforms and mobile‑APP systems for smart remote‑management.

Q4: What are your MOQ & production lead‑time?

A: For this 80kW GB/T OCPP1.6 dual-port DC fast charging point, 2–5 sample units are acceptable for validation tests. Bulk order MOQ terms can be negotiated. Samples will be produced within 20 working days. Once prepayment is received and specs confirmed, mass production takes 20–40 working days.

Q5: Which trade terms & payment options are available?

A: This 80kW GB/T OCPP1.6 dual port DC fast EV charging point supports quotations on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Our regular payment requires a 50% T/T prepayment, and the remaining balance needs settlement before cargo shipment. We can adjust payment terms for long-standing distributor customers. All required customs clearance documents, certificates and test reports will be supplied.

Q6: Is regional exclusive distributorship available?

A: Yes. We can sign a regional exclusive‑distribution contract with agreed‑upon annual purchase targets, price protection and dedicated market support.

Q7: Do you test every charger before dispatch?

A: Critical parts pass pre‑assembly inspection. Every finished charger runs full‑performance testing before packing to guarantee outgoing quality.

A: This 80kW GB/T dual-port DC charging point supports OCPP 1.6. Protocol matching does not equal direct ready-to-use connection. Before platform integration, kindly provide your platform documentation. We will check message structures, heartbeat cycles and authorization workflows. Basic parameter edits may be necessary. Unique custom OCPP development will incur separate engineering service fees.
