2. Fault Handling: Remote fault analysis is the primary solution for all equipment abnormalities. Valid factory defects within warranty period can obtain free official replacement parts.

3. Shipping & Cost Rule: Replacement part outbound freight from China is covered by our company. Customers need to bear all local customs costs and faulty component return logistics expenses.

4. Warranty Exclusion: Free warranty does not apply to damage from improper operation, substandard installation, grid surge, lightning strike and external structural impact.

A: Fully OCPP 1.6J compatible. It can connect smoothly to most third‑party overseas charging platforms and mobile‑APP systems for smart remote‑management.

Q4: What are your MOQ & production lead‑time?

A: This high-power 320kW commercial CCS2 EV charger supports sample orders of 2–5 units for onsite testing. For large bulk procurement, MOQ can be negotiated. Samples are completed within 20 working days. After prepayment and spec finalization, mass production will take between 20 and 40 working days.

Q5: Which trade terms & payment options are available?

A: This 320kW high-power commercial CCS2 EV DC charger supports quotation with EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. The default payment schedule is 50% T/T deposit at order placement, and the leftover 50% balance is due before shipment release. We remain open to negotiate better payment terms for our long-term distribution customers. We prepare full customs declaration documents, including valid certificates and test reports for this high-power charging equipment.
