1. Warranty & Technical-Support Overview
• Standard warranty comes with the charger. Extended warranty options can be discussed separately.
• 24/7 remote technical support and software fault diagnosis are accessible.
• The exact warranty terms are subject to the signed sales contract.
2. Fault-Handling Procedure
• Once faults appear, provide fault codes, images, videos and site logs. Our team starts with remote troubleshooting for software, communication, earthing and grid matching problems.
• If remote fixing cannot resolve factory defects within warranty coverage, replacement spare parts will be arranged after model confirmation.
• Low-value accessories can be scrapped locally with valid records. High-value core components need to be shipped back to China by consolidated sea freight.
• Buyers carry out local spare part fitting. On-site engineer service will generate extra travel expenses.
3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)
• We bear one-way delivery cost for spare replacements shipped from China.
• Local import tax, customs charges and return freight of faulty parts are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Warranty Exclusions

A: 2-5 units are acceptable for sample evaluation. MOQ for bulk purchases can be negotiated. Sample production needs 20 working days; mass orders require 20–40 working days once deposit and technical specs are confirmed. All key components are inspected before assembly, and each completed charger undergoes full performance testing prior to packing to guarantee outgoing quality.
Q5: Which trade terms & payment options are available?
A: We offer quotations under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Our default payment schedule is 50% T/T deposit, with the remaining 50% settled before shipment. More flexible payment arrangements can be negotiated for long-term distribution partners. We provide full customs clearance paperwork such as certificates and test reports.
