This compact 30kW GBT DC charger holds GB standard 3C certification and ICG-Poland CE certificate for EU export. If project buyers need extra local market access permits, we can supply complete technical documents and professional technical support to assist local certification approval processes.
2. Fault Handling: All malfunctions will be diagnosed remotely first based on customer-submitted data, pictures and field records. Factory-quality faults qualify for free component replacement during valid warranty periods.
3. Shipping & Cost Rule: Our company covers outbound freight for new replacement parts. The buyer is responsible for all local import taxes, customs clearance fees and return freight of faulty modules.
4. Warranty Exclusion: Free warranty is invalid for damage caused by improper installation, human misuse, unstable grid conditions, lightning damage and external mechanical collision. Paid maintenance is optional.
