Certificates
Our 30kW compact DC Charger is equipped with CE certification issued by ICG-Poland. For projects requiring additional regional market entry certificates, we deliver complete technical files and continuous technical assistance to support local distributors during the certification approval workflow.
1. Standard warranty coverage is included with this charger. Custom extended service plans can be negotiated. Round-the-clock remote technical assistance and software fault inspection are available. Relevant binding clauses are specified in the sales agreement.
2. If the charging unit breaks down, you need to supply fault data, site photos and operation records. We start with remote troubleshooting. Once factory defects are validated within warranty scope, spare parts will be delivered, and the buyer handles local spare part installation.
3. We take responsibility for one-way delivery cost of replacement spare parts from China. Local customs expenses, import duties and return freight for defective parts will be at the buyer’s expense.
4. This complimentary warranty excludes damages caused by incorrect installation, human operation error, lightning surge, voltage fluctuation and external breakage. We can offer chargeable maintenance services for such failures.
