Integrated 4G & 5G communication modules together with OCPP 1.6J protocol support multiple charging activation options, and custom functions can be developed according to project requirements.
Featuring high integration and a neat compact structure, this charger adopts streamlined modern appearance. Easy installation, simple on-site inspection and regular maintenance make it adaptable to a wide range of AC charging scenarios in different parking environments. Besides this dual-purpose 7kW model, we also supply the dedicated 7kW home-only charger and the powerful 22kW commercial wallbox for customers with single-scenario demands.

1. A base warranty comes standard. Extended warranty packages can be negotiated. Round-the-clock remote technical support and software diagnostic service are provided. All binding warranty details shall be subject to your signed sales contract.
2. When malfunctions occur, please provide fault codes, site photos and on-site records. Our team carries out remote troubleshooting first. If factory defects are verified within valid warranty coverage, spare parts replacement will be arranged, and the buyer shall complete local part installation.
3. We bear the outbound shipping cost for replacement spare parts shipped from China. Local import duties, customs charges and freight for returning defective components are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. The free warranty excludes damages caused by incorrect installation, manual misuse, lightning strikes, grid surges or physical collision. We offer optional paid repair services for these non-warranty issues.
