Warranty

Our warranty policy for this 14kW AC wallbox charger:

1. Standard warranty is included. Extended warranty terms are negotiable. 24/7 remote technical support and software diagnosis are available. Final terms follow your signed sales contract.

2. For faults, submit fault codes, photos and site logs. We start with remote troubleshooting. If factory defects confirmed under warranty, spare parts replacement will be arranged. Buyer installs spare parts locally.

3. We cover outbound freight of replacement parts from China. Local import tax, customs fees and return shipping of faulty parts are on the buyer.

4. Free warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, human misuse, lightning, grid surge or physical impact. Paid repair service is available for these cases.

Q4: What about after-sales spare-parts supply & pre-shipment inspection?

A: Essential spare parts are offered at cost price. We can reserve spare component inventory for bulk purchase orders. Every charging unit will complete full function testing after assembly before delivery.

Q5: MOQ, production lead-time & acceptable payment terms?

A: We accept trial orders with 2-5 units. Sample production cycle takes roughly 20 working days; mass production orders require 20-40 working days. Standard payment term is 50% T/T deposit, balance settled before shipment. More favorable terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

Q6: Which trade terms can you offer, and can you grant regional exclusivity?

A: We supply EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP door-to-door delivery with complete customs documentation. Regional exclusive distribution rights can be negotiated based on agreed annual sales targets.
