Warranty
1. Warranty & Technical Support Overview
Standard‑term warranty is provided for this 60 kW DC fast charger. Extended‑warranty packages can be discussed.
24/7 remote technical support is available for software diagnosis and fault fixing.
All warranty terms and liability shall comply with the signed sales contract.
2. Fault‑Handling Procedure
Please provide fault codes, photos, videos and operation logs once any failure happens. Our team will carry out remote troubleshooting for software, communication, earthing and grid‑matching problems first.
If remote fixing fails and the failure is a factory quality defect within warranty, replacement spare parts will be dispatched after component model confirmation.
Low‑value small accessories can be scrapped locally with records. High‑value core modules need to be shipped back to China by consolidated sea freight.
On‑site spare‑part installation is the buyer’s responsibility. On‑site engineer support will incur travel‑related charges.
3. Freight & Cost Allocation (Valid Warranty Cases)
We pay one‑way ocean freight from China for warranty replacement spare parts.
Local import tax, customs charges and return‑shipping fees of faulty modules are borne by the buyer.
4. Warranty Exclusions
Free‑of‑charge warranty does not cover damage caused by wrong installation, improper operation, lightning strike, grid voltage surge and physical impact. Paid repair service can be offered for these conditions.

Q3: Can you supply spare parts for after-sales servicing?
A: We maintain continuous supply of full-range core spare parts at cost price. If you place bulk orders, we can arrange a set of spare parts to be shipped alongside your goods on request.
Q4: Can I sign an exclusive regional distribution agreement?
A: Regional exclusive dealership is open for negotiation. The contract will define annual sales goals, price protection policies and dedicated market support for our authorized regional partners.
Q5: What is your MOQ and manufacturing lead time?
A: We accept 2 to 5 units for sample evaluation. The minimum quantity for mass production can be negotiated. Sample orders need roughly 20 working days for production. After deposit and confirmation of technical specifications, bulk orders take 20–40 working days to finish.
Q6: What trade terms can you quote?
A: We can provide EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP based on your target delivery location. Complete customs clearance paperwork including commercial invoice, packing list and CE test reports will be provided.
Q7: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Our regular payment term is 50% T/T deposit once order is confirmed, with the remaining 50% balance settled before shipment. More flexible payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term exclusive distributors.
