2. Fault Handling
Once errors occur, customers must provide fault codes, site videos and operation logs for remote diagnosis. Most software and communication failures can be fixed remotely by our engineering team.
3. Shipping & Cost Rule
For valid factory defects within warranty, we provide free replacement parts and cover one-way freight from China. Local duties, customs fees and return shipping of defective components are borne by the customer.
4. Warranty Exclusion
Free coverage does not include damage from wrong installation, manual operation errors, grid voltage surges, lightning strikes or physical impact. Paid repair services are available for excluded faults.
