Certificates
This 22kW commercial charging wallbox is granted CE certification by ICG-Poland. When projects demand further local market entry certifications, we provide full sets of technical documentation and end-to-end technical assistance to support local dealers in completing certification applications.
1. Standard warranty is supplied by default. Extended warranty plans are available upon negotiation. 24-hour remote technical support and software fault checking are offered. Actual warranty terms are governed by your signed sales contract.
2. If any fault happens, submit fault codes, site pictures and field records. Remote troubleshooting will be prioritized. If we confirm factory defects within warranty validity, replacement spare parts will be arranged, and local installation work will be undertaken by the buyer.
3. We take charge of outbound shipment fees for replacement parts from China. Local import tax, customs expenses and return shipping of defective parts are borne by the buyer.
4. The free warranty does not cover damage induced by improper installation, human abuse, lightning activity, grid surge or physical damage. Paid repair solutions are available for cases outside warranty scope.
