Warranty

1. Warranty & Technical‑Support Overview

• Standard warranty is included. Extended‑warranty packages are available upon negotiation.

• 24‑hour remote technical support and software fault diagnosis are provided.

• Final warranty terms shall follow the signed sales contract.

2. Fault‑Handling Procedure

• When failure occurs, please supply fault codes, photos, videos and on‑site records. Our team will perform remote troubleshooting first for software, communication, earthing and grid‑matching issues.

• If remote repair fails and the defect is confirmed as factory‑caused within warranty, replacement spare parts will be arranged after part‑model verification.

• Low‑value accessories may be scrapped locally with proper records. High‑value core components must be returned to China via consolidated sea freight.

• Local spare‑part installation shall be completed by the buyer. On‑site service by our engineers will incur separate travel‑related charges.

3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)

• We cover one‑way shipping cost for replacement spare‑parts from China.

• Local import duties, customs fees and return freight of defective components are borne by the buyer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Free warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, human error, lightning, grid voltage surges and external physical damage. Charged repair service can be offered for these cases.

Q3: Does your charger link to overseas operation platforms?

A: Fully OCPP 1.6J compatible. It can connect smoothly to most third‑party overseas charging platforms and mobile‑APP systems for smart remote‑management.

Q4: What are your MOQ & production lead‑time?

A: This EU-standard 180kW CCS2 dual DC charging pile supports sample procurement of 2–5 units for testing. For bulk purchases, MOQ can be negotiated. Samples are produced within 20 working days. After prepayment and full specification confirmation, mass production takes 20–40 working days.

Q5: Which trade terms & payment options are available?

A: This EU standard 180kW CCS2 dual DC charging pile can be quoted based on EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Our standard payment requires 50% T/T deposit after contract confirmation, and the remaining balance is payable before shipment. We are willing to talk about preferential payment terms for long-term distributors. Full sets of certification and test reports will be provided to help your import customs clearance.

Q6: Is regional exclusive distributorship available?

A: Yes. We can sign a regional exclusive‑distribution contract with agreed‑upon annual purchase targets, price protection and dedicated market support.

Q7: Do you test every charger before dispatch?

A: Critical parts pass pre‑assembly inspection. Every finished charger runs full‑performance testing before packing to guarantee outgoing quality.
