2. Fault Resolution Process
• Once a malfunction appears, please provide fault codes, images, videos and site logs. Our technical team will conduct remote troubleshooting for software, communication, grounding and grid matching problems at first.
• If remote troubleshooting cannot resolve the issue and the defect is verified as factory-caused within valid warranty, replacement spare parts will be arranged after model confirmation.
• Low-cost accessories can be disposed locally with complete records. High-value core components need to be shipped back to China via sea freight.
- The buyer shall finish local installation of spare parts. On-site engineer service will generate extra travel expenses.
• We bear the one-way freight cost for replacement spare parts shipped out from China.
• Local import tax, customs charges and return shipping fees for faulty components are undertaken by the buyer.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The free warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, manual misuse, lightning strikes, grid voltage surges and other external improper operations.
