Warranty

1. Warranty & Technical-Support Overview

• The product is covered by standard warranty service. Extended warranty packages can be negotiated separately for project orders.

• Round-the-clock remote technical guidance and software fault diagnosis services are available.

• All binding warranty provisions shall comply with the signed sales contract.

2. Fault-Handling Procedure

• When faults occur, please provide fault codes, photos, video clips and on-site operation logs. Our technical team will first perform remote troubleshooting for software, communication, grounding and grid matching failures.

• If remote repair cannot resolve the issue and the defect is verified as factory-originated within valid warranty, spare part replacement will be arranged after component model validation.

• Low-cost auxiliary accessories may be disposed locally with complete filing records. High-value core modules must be returned to China through consolidated sea shipment.

• The buyer shall finish spare part installation on site. If our engineers need to visit your site, separate travel fees will be charged.

3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)

• We take charge of one-way shipment cost for replacement spare parts dispatched from China.

• Local import tariffs, customs handling fees and return freight of defective components shall be undertaken by the buyer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Free warranty service excludes damages resulting from wrong installation, human operational mistakes, lightning hits, grid voltage surges and other non-factory induced failures.

A: OEM, ODM and custom logo printing services are available. We can adjust charging power, cable length and connector types including Type2, CCS2 and GBT to match your project requirements.

Q3: Does your charger link to overseas operation platforms?

A: Fully OCPP 1.6J compliant. It can connect smoothly to most third-party overseas charging platforms and mobile APP systems for smart remote management.

Q4: What are your MOQ & production lead‑time?

A: You may order 2 up to 5 sample units of this 60kW GB/T OCPP dual gun charging station for testing. Bulk order minimum quantities are flexible to negotiate. Samples are ready within 20 working days. After prepayment and locking in technical specifications, mass production will last 20–40 working days.

Q5: Which trade terms & payment options are available?

A: For this 60kW GB/T OCPP dual gun EV charging station, we support quotations under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP Incoterm rules. Our baseline payment scheme is 50% T/T deposit at order placement, and the remaining half balance is due before shipment. We are open to negotiate preferential payment plans for long-term distributors. Full package of certificates and test reports will be provided for your customs declaration.

Q6: Is regional exclusive distributorship available?

A: Yes, regional exclusive distribution agreements can be signed. We can set agreed annual purchase targets, offer price protection policy and provide dedicated market support resources.

Q7: Do you test every charger before dispatch?

A: Key components will receive inspection before assembly. Each finished charging unit will go through comprehensive performance testing prior to packing to guarantee outgoing product quality.

Q8: What should I prepare to connect this 60kW GB/T dual-gun charger via OCPP?

A: The 60kW GB/T dual gun EV charging station features OCPP 1.6-J compatibility. Such compatibility does not support one-click direct connection out of the box. Before formal docking work, share your platform specification details with us. Our team will pre-inspect message fields, heartbeat periods and authorization logic. Custom field setting adjustments may be required. Special OCPP customization work will come with separate engineering service charges.
