The iES-ICS62360INA customizable 360kW CCS2 dual-gun integrated DC charger is built for heavy-duty commercial fast-charging requirements. Tailored for public charging stations, highway service areas and large commercial parking lots, this all-in-one unit also works well within logistics hubs and roadside charging sites. It provides stable high-output charging for passenger EVs and medium commercial electric fleets.
This charger features an all-in-one layout with flexible power adjustment capability. It is equipped with high-efficiency charging modules, intelligent power control units, power switching components and charge management modules. Standard configuration includes 4G wireless modules, high-accuracy energy meters, a 7-inch HMI touch panel and CCS2 charging connectors. The IP55 outdoor cabinet supports stable field installation. Custom services for cabinet casing, brand marking and HMI UI are available to fit different project demands.

- 108-Point Active Safety Supervision: Real-time deep BMS communication, dynamic power distribution and complete battery health monitoring. The safety system switches from passive alarms to forward risk prevention.
- Wide Voltage & Scenario Coverage: DC output 200–1000V, constant power band from 300V to 1000V. Suitable for mixed fleets including passenger EVs and heavy-load trucks.
- AI Smart Operation & Maintenance: Integrated AI self-diagnosis and remote OTA update enable fault forecasting and off-site fault resolution, boosting overall O&M productivity.
- Complete Electrical Safety Protection Suite: Real-time risk detection and immediate disconnection for overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short-circuit, leakage and overheating. Emergency stop and cabinet door power-off trigger are included.

2. Fault Handling: All equipment failures will start with remote troubleshooting. Customers need to submit complete fault footage and operational logs to help our engineers quickly locate and resolve issues.
3. Shipping & Cost Rule: We supply complimentary replacement spare parts and cover one-way shipment from China for valid warranty claims. Local import taxes and return freight for defective components shall be borne by customers.
4. Warranty Exclusion: The free warranty does not cover damages caused by operational mistakes, non-standard installation, unstable grid supply, lightning strikes and external impact damage.
