Warranty

1. Warranty & Technical-Support Overview
• This charging station includes base warranty protection. Extended warranty options can be discussed and tailored to your project demands.
• Our team delivers 24-hour online remote technical help alongside software failure diagnosis services.
• All warranty provisions shall be subject to the official sales contract agreed and signed by both sides.

2. Fault-Handling Procedure
• In case of equipment failure, please provide fault codes, site snapshots, video records and running logs. Our technical team will first perform remote troubleshooting targeting software issues, communication breakdowns, grounding faults and grid matching abnormalities.
• When remote support cannot fix the issue, and the malfunction is confirmed as factory-originated within warranty scope, replacement spare components will be prepared after product model validation.
• Low-price accessories may be disposed locally with complete archival records. Expensive core modules have to be sent back to China by consolidated sea transport.
• It is the buyer’s obligation to install the replaced spare parts on location. If you require on-site engineer service, related travel expenses will be charged separately.

3. Freight & Cost Division (Applicable for valid warranty cases)
• We take responsibility for the outbound shipping cost of replacement spare parts departing from China.
• Local import duties, customs handling fees and return shipping cost of faulty components need to be covered by the buyer.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The free warranty will not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, manual misoperation, lightning strikes, power surges or other external destructive incidents.
