2. Fault-Handling Procedure
• When equipment malfunctions occur, please provide fault codes, photos, videos and on-site records. Our technical team will first carry out remote troubleshooting targeting software, communication, earthing and grid matching issues.
• If remote maintenance fails and the fault is verified as factory-caused within the warranty period, replacement spare parts will be arranged after component model confirmation.
• Low-cost accessories can be discarded locally with complete documentation. Expensive core components need to be shipped back to China via consolidated sea freight.
• The buyer shall finish local installation of replacement spare parts. Our engineers’ on-site service will generate separate travel-related fees.
3. Freight & Cost Division (Valid warranty cases)
• We cover one-way shipping charges for replacement spare parts shipped out of China.
• Local import duties, customs clearance fees and return freight for defective components are borne by the buyer.
